Astoria’s Pratic Avant Xtra SAE is made for convenience and ease-of-use at a very affordable price for a machine with its capabilities. This automatic operation heat exchange machine comes in 1, 2, or 3 groups and offers up to 4 programmable automatic doses per group, giving baristas the ability to multitask easily and save precious seconds in the drink making process. Now with raised groups and downlights standard, the Xtra gives you even smoother workflow than the original Pratic Avant offered.

Full Steam Ahead

This machine’s heat exchange boiler means that you’ll have plenty of steam power for low-to-mid volume operation, and with the standard 4-hole steam tips on its steam wands you can produce high-quality microfoam perfect for any cappuccino, latte, or flat white. The steam wands and water dispenser all use turn-style knobs, needing only around 90 degrees of rotation from minimum to maximum power

Small But Mighty

You can expect the 1 group option to be perfect for low volume needs, with a small footprint no larger than 22 inches on any side. The 2 and 3 group options are great for medium volume needs, thriving in a small cozy cafe or as the espresso option where coffee is a secondary offering.
